As you walk in, you will find the living room to the right and the kitchen towards the back to the left. Straight back is a sliding glass door to the pool. Towards the right of the living room there is a hallway that communicates to the rooms. Down that hallway you will find the second bathroom first to the left (which also connects to the pool area), to the right are 2 bedrooms. At the end of the hallway to the left is another bedroom and the main bedroom. The main bedroom connects to the pool area with sliding glass doors and has a bathroom inside.

Please be aware that this is not a hotel. This is someone's property you are being allowed access for your convenience. We don't have in-house staff present 24/7. Your hosts while being human beings, will do their best to ensure you have a good time.

Reservations by persons primarily engaged in non-vacation commercial activities or persons performing military, emergency, governmental, health, or infrastructure response to the COVID19 pandemic and Long term (30-days or longer) reservations are welcome!

- $30 additional fee for heated pool per night.

- $75 late check out. (Check out is 10 a.m.)

- $100 Extra charges will apply if there is overflow of trash.

- There is no smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $250 violation fee if guests smoke inside.

- There are no parties or gatherings of any kind in the home. Only the guests that are registered to stay are allowed. There is a $250 violation fee for guests not following this rule.

- We require a copy of your ID prior to check in.

- You are required to push the trash out on trash pickup day. Please push it out to the curb the night before pick up. Pick up days are Mondays and Thursdays. Extra charges may apply if there is overflow of trash.

- Don't flush personal sanitary product down the toilet which causes clogs.

- No pets are permitted.

- We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

- Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful, respectful and prudent manner so as to prevent any loss, damage, injury, destruction, or mistreatment of the Property. Guest further agrees to save and keep the Property in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition at all times during Guest’s occupancy.

- If Guest experiences any problems whatsoever with the Property during their stay, please contact host immediately and we will make all reasonable efforts to correct any of the operational or functionality issues as quickly and as practically as possible.
